Nishant Srivastava 42bde1c435 chore: remove failing default widget tests from example apps

The default counter smoke-test stubs generated by 'flutter create' do not
match most example apps and fail to compile or run. Delete them from all
apps except unit_testing, which demonstrates real testing.

Example app showing usage of InteractiveViewer.
