### What
Fix single-word grammar typo in `README.md`: `Googler's` → `Googlers`.
### Why
`Googler's` is possessive; the sentence is addressing Googlers (plural,
vocative). Correct reading: `Googlers, you can freely add samples to the
flutter/demos repository.`
### Type of change
Documentation only, no code changes.
### Notes
- Prior attempt (#2875) was closed and reopened because the commit was
attributed to my GitHub noreply address, which blocked the CLA check.
This commit is authored under my primary email (already covered by my
signed Google CLA).
I got carried away with Gemini and basically rewrote CI and the release
process for the new LLM reality. This work was largely completed by
Gemini.
- Bump all SDK versions to the current beta (3.9.0-0)
- Run `flutter channel beta`
- Wrote `ci_script.dart` to replace the bash scripts
- Converted repository to pub workspace #2499
- Added llm.md and release.md
- Added redirect for deprecated Samples Index
