The default counter smoke-test stubs generated by 'flutter create' do not match most example apps and fail to compile or run. Delete them from all apps except unit_testing, which demonstrates real testing.

This app is a counter app using a State Manager Mobx. So we have implemented a counter app without a Stateful Widget
